 Q. Who is ADT?

  A. ADT is the largest home security company in the UK, servicing 160,000 customers and 90 out of the top 100 commercial

       companies.

 

 

 Q. What is monitoring?

  A. ADT have 24 hour monitoring stations which monitor all alarm activities in your premises if there is an alarm we will call a key

       holder on the 1st activation and the police on the 2nd activation i.e. confirmed alarm.

 

 

 Q. Do we have to have monitoring?

  A. Yes with the ADT system you need to have the monitoring how ever we can install other alarm systems via our sister 

       company activation fire and security, which does not require monitoring.

 

 

 Q.  Do I need a site survey?

  A.  In most cases a site survey is highly recommended. Firstly its free and we usually will see   

        something that the customer has probably not considered or overlooked.

   Q. Will my cat or dog set off the alarm?

    A. No they will not because the ADT system caters for pets moving freely when alarm is set,  

         however there is a small premium on these highly advanced movement sensors. Site  

         survey highly recommended.

   

 

   Q.  What will it actually cost?

    A.   £239 for a Residential ADT Alarm

          £349 for a Wireless ADT Alarm

          £45 Police registration fee, one off payment.

          £26 monitoring and maintenance fee minimum term 36 months

 

 

   Q.  What will I get for £26 per month?

    A.

         - Home is monitored 24hours day if there is alarm activation we will respond

         - 4 Channels of protection

         - Any repair and replacement found necessary as a result of equipment malfunction or normal

           wear and tear

         - Routine inspection program to ensure optimum performance

         - Resetting the system without the need for an engineer to attend

         - Largest mobile fleet of security engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

         - 24 hour customer helpdesk

        

 

   Q.  When do I pay?

    A. The engineer will collect payment after the job is completed to your satisfaction.

 

 

   Q.  Do you accept credit or debit card payments?

    A. Yes you can pay using Paypal how it works Tulip Security will send you an email requesting

        payment just follow the instructions on the Paypal link a 3% charge will need to be added to

        alarm price as this is what is charged to ourselves
